Previously in the manhwa, Noah and Eve come across a mysterious and new passage in the tower that no one knew existed. Eve speculates that the Designer created that passage that leads a unique place through the passage door and Noah adds on saying that it is likely that the designer escaped using this very passage. Both of them feel a strange energy coming through the passage unlike anything in the tower.

The door seemed to lead to a completely different world and they speculate it might be related to something called “The Above” that Hyunwoo mentioned earlier. Eve wants to inform the guardians about the passage right away but Noah tells her to wait since Hyunwoo will visit the place tomorrow and he’s attending a party on the 9th floor anyway.
