Prime Video has revealed the first official teaser trailer and key art for The Terminal List Season 2, offering a first look at Chris Pratt’s return as Navy SEAL Commander James Reece. The new season will premiere all eight episodes on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.
The action-thriller expands the world of James Reece following the events of the first season, which became a major global success for the franchise. The Terminal List has now accumulated more than 100 million viewers worldwide, with the upcoming season promising a much larger international story.
Season 2 is based on True Believer, the second novel in Jack Carr’s bestselling series. After completing his original list, Reece finds himself on a new path as he searches for purpose and becomes entangled in a conspiracy with consequences that stretch across the world.
The Terminal List Season 2 Expands James Reece’s Story Worldwide
While the first season followed a psychological revenge story, The Terminal List Season 2 moves into the world of international espionage. James Reece’s new mission takes him across the Indian Ocean, Southern and Northern Africa, the Middle East, and Europe as he uncovers a conspiracy reaching from Moscow to Langley.
The investigation also becomes deeply personal, as the mystery is connected to Reece’s own family history. Chris Pratt is joined by returning cast members Tom Hopper as Raife Hastings, Constance Wu as Katie Buranek, Dar Salim as Mohammed Farooq, and Luke Hemsworth as Jules Landry.

The new season also introduces Gabriel Luna as Freddy Strain, while Costa Ronin, Olga Kurylenko, Yul Vazquez, Martin Sensmeier, Arnold Vosloo, Jeremy Bobb, and Shiraz Tzarfati join the expanded international cast. The creative team behind the series includes executive producers Chris Pratt, Antoine Fuqua, David DiGilio, and author Jack Carr.
Authenticity remains a major focus for the series, with former Navy SEAL Jared Shaw and former Army Ranger Max Adams overseeing action and military elements. Former Navy SEAL Ray Mendoza, who previously worked on Warfare, is also among the veterans contributing to the production.
The Terminal List Season 2 will be produced by Amazon MGM Studios, MRC, and Civic Center Media. All eight episodes will arrive on Prime Video on October 21, 2026.
