In The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 14, Episode 10, the intensity of these women reaches a boiling point when the pajama parties go haywire, wine unleashes inhibitions, and these cast members begin to call each other on past and present actions. It was a night to remember, and things get heated in this next-to-last seasonal episode.
The upcoming final episode will have to see the fallout resulting from that pajama party gone awry because of all that booze, cookies, and repressed feelings towards each other. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves and see what the Housewives of Atlanta did to each other last week in our recap. Let’s begin!
The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 14 Episode 9 Recap
Things begin at Shereé’s place, decorated for a pajama party. Moreover, everyone was invited —including Monyetta, some of Shereé’s besties, and Lisa Wu. Why did these women bring thigh-high boots and seemingly glam and uncomfortable attires if it was a pajama party? Things kicked off at the pajama party with an event called “sip and paint,” where these women drew men and their intimate areas based on two naked male models posing for them.
As things were happening in Shereé’s house, Kenya kept drinking until she got drunk and began stirring the pot. From yelling at everyone to challenging friendships. That was one pajama party worthy of the annals of the history of the Housewives franchise because of its massive insult calling and debauchery. In the meantime, we had some major revelations because before Drew arrived, Shereé’s friend Fatum revealed that the Pittmans’ background was checked by a friend of hers who works in real estate. Fatum is the same person who told Drew that Ralph is gay, according to her assistant.
Flashbacks
We must go back to the start of the episode to comprehend Drew’s overzealous defensiveness. Drew uses spiritual leaders again to cause trouble in an annoying repeat of last season. This time, her mother delivers a message from a “prophet Jew” warning Drew of an “adversary” with the spirit of a woman via voice recording. Drew’s contract needs a provision from Bravo banning the use of “prophets” in her plot. During the sip and paint, she humiliates Sanya with slurs directed at Ralph that imply the couple isn’t as busy as they claim to be, in addition to her paranoia of an antagonistic female spirit.
Marlo’s Snappy Comebacks
Kenya and Marlo fighting at a group event is one thing we can always count on, just like the spotlight on Drew regarding her husband’s antics. Marlo initially says she likes to see drunk Kenya but then makes a sly remark about Kenya wearing her wig, saying she’s glad her self-esteem has “come up.” Kenya’s reaction? Marlo responds, “Not to your baby daddy,” when she reminds us that she is in the current situation.
