Rachael protected Yeohoon from Djinn’s attack; she did not think he would chase her all the way and decided that she needed to retreat first. After taking a look at Yeohoon’s injury, she asked him if he was okay. Yeohoon told her he was bleeding, and it hurt badly. But Rachael did not think that he was gravely injured because it did not look like it, and he quickly ran away after saying Djinn was coming after him.
Rachael found his acting awful; she thought something was off but did not consider that a cube cadet would become bait for the Djinn. It was her mistake, and Djinn used destructive force on her, but she could handle that much.
She tried to go for the opening, but her foot got stuck, and then she realized that he had used a pincer attack on her. Rachael could not dodge his attack, but Nayan and Hajin came to her rescue, and Nayan asked her if she was okay.
Rachael assured them she was okay and thanked them for helping her out, but Djinn fled off the cliff before the arrow could hit him. Hajin told Rachael she did not know when she would get ambushed again and advised her to group up with them until they were out there with her. Rachael agreed with them, and when they were going back, she spotted a bullet and guessed if it was the first projectile.
