A series full of amazing plots, acting and some taste of romance with drama, yes we are talking about “The Journey Of Chong Zi“. After episode number 27 and 28 of “The Journey Of Chong Zi”, the audience is in wonder about the next episodes. As for now, the drama is escalating to climax episode by episode. The drama contains 40 episodes in total and was aired in February 2023.

Let’s look at the synopsis of the show. So, the story revolves around the demon clan which was ruled by the demon king named Ni Lun who is annihilated. His situation made the demons escape to the mortal world. Ni Lun has a daughter named Chong Zi and even though she belongs to the demon clan, she is one of the purest kind.
Chong Zi is saved by the immortal man named Chu Bu Fu and this deed of his turns her heart. She dedicated herself to cultivating at Nanhua but steps back as she discovers that she will turn into a demon. her life has turned upside down due to this interaction with an immortal. The cultivation at Nanhua is impossible due to her ill fate and grim.
But something surprising is yet to come, she is now accepted by the master Luo Yin Fan as his one and only disciple. Luo Yin Fan promised Chong Zi to protect her and then they both share their life with each other as lovers. But fate seems to hate it and it ended both people. Even in Chong Zi’s second life, she finds herself as the disciple of Yin Fan but destiny seems to repeat itself or it is just the beginning of new life.

The Journey Of Chong Zi Episode 27 & 28: Recap
After the arrest of Chong Zi by the Councilor Min of Qinghua, things took wild turns. Now, the Councilor Min is punishing Chong Zi, while she cries for her Master’s help. She was later accompanied by her friend and soon enough Yin Fan, himself appears at the place saving Chong Zi from the harsh punishment. Yin Fan promises Chong Zi to prove her wrong but he can feel her evil powers overpowering her soul.
Further, we can see that the demon roots of Chong Zi is now over-powering his pure self, while she was kept in the ice palace. These evil spirits are now taking lead on Chong Zi due to the constant provoking and constant fight with people of Qinghua and even her own self. The voice in Chong Zi’s head seems to order her to kill people of immortal world including her Master as well.
Soon Chong Zi lost her fight against the voice inside her head and completely transforms herself as a demon, the race she belong to. Chong is now counter attacked by Yin Fan and in the end we can see both Yin Fan and Chong Zi separating them from one another and returning to world they originally belongs to. What will happen to this protagonist couple? Will they stand against each other or will stand together again. That can only be found in upcoming episodes.
