The Grand Tour Season 5 Episode 2 release date is what fans are excited about. It has been months since we have gotten to see the brand new episode of the motoring television show. Jeremy Clarkson, as well as Richard Hammond and Jaml, created the show for Amazon exclusively to be uploaded on Prime Video. It came out for the first time back in November 2016.

Later, the crew had to travel to the Czech Republic as well as Slovakia and Hungary during the process. It all ended in Slovenia. The special is titled Eurocrash and is releasing very soon on the service for us. Also, it was very special to know that a seventh special was filmed back in May 2023. The filming took place in Mauritania and Senegal. More locations will be disclosed soon.
Back in The Grand Tour Season 5 Episode 1, titled A Scandi Flick, we saw the trio starting their journey in Norway in Sweden and then going over to Finland, as we have mentioned before. It all took place through Rally Inspired Sports Saloons. Hammond buys himself a 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX STI. May gets down with a 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII.
Last but not least, we see that Clarkson purchases a 2007 Audi RS4. The team goes through Scandinavia and then heads toward the Russian border, where they decide to put their cars to the test. The winter is here, and it is obviously hitting the machines, and it was interesting to see which one does the best.
It was later revealed that James May was brutally injured during the filming of the series. He actually got a broken rib, and his head was all bloodied. This happened during the filming when he was in his Evo, as it crashed at 65 kilometers per hour of speed. During this time, when he was hospitalized, his mates continued filming.
