Teenage Mercenary Chapter 69 reveals the mysteries behind The Snake-Tattooed Bully. This begins after Jinwu’s sister realizes he returns home with bloody pulps. She hired Ijin to investigate the case. Ijin enters Jinwu’s school as a student in disguise. He learns about The Snake-Tattooed Bully, who has been bullying Jinwu daily. Jinwu has never told anyone about this since he doesn’t want to feel humiliated or for people to call him a coward.
Ijin noticed that The Snake-Tattooed Bully beats Jinwu and sends him to get food for the whole class. Jinwu arrives at the school’s cafeteria and admits that he hates school. He brought all the stuff that The Snake-Tattooed Bully sent him to buy for the whole class. Jinwu receives a message from his sister, Seoha, who asks to join him for dinner during the weekend.
Jinwu wonders why she has to ask him now when he is busy, and if he gets back late to class, he will become a punching bag. He realizes that student around his school also thinks that Seoha is a bad actor and show never sells. Jin recalls the last day he had dinner with Seoha, and they talked about Seoha’s acting carer. That day Jin advises Seoha to quit acting and do something better since he is embarrassed at school, and everyone talks about Seoha.
Seoha refuses to quit her career and believes she will do her best to make things work. In the present, Jin wonders if he should have dinner with Seoha. He thinks everything, good or bad, in his life, is what he deserves. Ijin is watching Jinwu and wonders why Jinwu is paying for much food that he can’t finish alone. Seoha also talks with Ijin, and Jinwu gets out of the shop and notices a masked guy at the entrance using his phone.

Jinwu wonders who that cool guy is standing alone and if he should talk to him. He tries to look at the masked guy’s face, but he trips, and the food he buys gets ruined. Ijin helps Jinwu, who realizes that the masked guy is not a villain and wonders why a loser like him is getting help from the cool guy.
Jinwu knows that everyone at school treats him as trash, making him want to quit school. But he is surprised that the masked guy is helping him. Ijin took off his mask, and Jinwu noticed that it was a handsome guy who meant no threat. Ijin and Jinwu enjoyed eating bananas, and Jinwu was still surprised that he was sharing something with the cool guy. Jinwu wonders why he has never seen a cool guy like a masked guy around the school.
The two went to the coffee nearby and enjoyed chatting while eating. Jinwu asks Ijin about his grade, and Ijin realizes that he has to lie about everything since he is a fake student. Ijin has forgotten that the Snake-Tattooed Bully has sent him to bring food, and if he gets late, he will get punished. Ijin is doing this to lure the Snake-Tattooed Bully where they are.
Ijin lies and reveals that he is a third-year student, making Jinwu realize that the masked guy is a year above him. Ijin realizes that is why he has never seen the masked guy at school. Jinwu surprised Ijin when he said he attended a different school, and Jinwu wondered what was happening since they were wearing the same school uniforms.
Ijin reveals that he is a visitor who will leave soon and is infiltrating in disguise for a day. Jinwu receives a message from the Snake-Tattooed Bully guy and decides to rush back. Ijin realizes that Jinwu is in danger, and Ijin arrives inside the class, where he notices that the Snake-Tattooed Bully and his girlfriend are angry.
