Dong-In’s desire to earn more money leads him to work even harder, with plans to start his own delivery business. One day, he receives a delivery request from an apartment. When he arrives, a woman partially opens the door and accepts the food. Though hesitant, Dong-In drinks a glass of water she offers before leaving.
The following day, Dong-In returns to the same apartment for another delivery. This time, the woman offers him a sweet treat, which Dong-In declines. She gives him a tip instead, which he accepts. From then on, Dong-In receives daily delivery requests from her at the same time.
One day, the woman invites Dong-In inside for a chat, but he refuses. She makes inappropriate advances, causing Dong-In discomfort and prompting him to leave. He soon finds out that she has lodged a false harassment complaint against him with his company.
Furious, Dong-In confronts the woman, who demands he take out her trash daily as a condition for withdrawing her complaint. One day, he checks the trash and discovers a piece of raw meat, which he later identifies as human flesh. He tells a friend, who advises him to obtain more evidence before involving the police.
During his next visit, Dong-In finds the apartment door unlocked and the place filled with blood and human flesh. He encounters a woman whose appearance has drastically changed—she has mutilated herself to become thinner. As Dong-In tries to escape, he becomes trapped.
