While Morbius’ re-release fails to make any noise in the theatres, the movie that took the entertainment industry by storm is making sure to do that. Spider-Man: No Way Home will return to the theatres as an extended cut. It will feature new additional scenes that will make the film more special than it already was.
The social media pages of Spider-Man broke the news with a video featuring all three Spider-men from the past. Tobey Maguire, Andrew Garfield as well as Tom Holland claim to be Spider-man. Andrew Garfield’s character asks the spider-men in a scene about doing all of this again.
The new extended cut of Spider-Man: No Way Home is called “The More Fun Stuff Version” and will release in theatres on September 2 in US and Canada. This comes off as a celebration for Spider-Man’s 60th anniversary as well as the hero’s 20th anniversary in the multiverse.
The studios are yet to reveal the scenes Spider-Man: No Way Home Extended Cut will feature. But over the past months after the release of the original, Marvel Studios has already teased a number of them. The ones that didn’t make it to the original cut of the film which runs for 148 minutes.
From featuring the more from returning characters like Daredevil. To a funny elevator scene. Lastly, a classic battle between Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man and Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin. Spider-Man: No Way Home Extended Cut may have a lot under wraps that may unfold once the More Fun Stuff Version is out.
