‘Skeleton Knight In Another World’ – Plot
In this Isekai anime, a gamer whose name is unknown falls asleep while playing his video game. But, when he wakes up, he finds himself in a strange new world. To his surprise, it was the gaming world of the game he was playing. And he became the character he used to play on his game, Arc. He had the fully upgraded Knight suit, with the Pope subclass. He has all the powers he needs. It’s just, his avatar. He chose a skeleton avatar in his game, which resulted in him getting a skull face in this Isekai game world. Now, while hiding his skull face behind his knight helmet, he is out on his adventurous journey trying to figure out this world. On his way, he makes friends of all kinds of species.
Now the question is, is it just a game that he needs to play by the rules, or will it become his new world that he needs to save?
What Happened So Far? Episode 3 – Recap
Episode 3 revealed that there was a huge conspiracy against the town of Rubierute, mentioned in Episode 1 by Princess Lauren Laraiya Du Luvierte. The bandits sent to kill the princess were a part of that conspiracy. The Giant Basilisks sent in Episode 2 were also a part of the same conspiracy. The Basilisks were sent to destroy the Rubierute town, but fortunately one of them crossed paths with Arc. And Arc being the hero of the game slain that beast. But it was concerning that these Basilisks had a bracelet like things attached to one of their feet, which disintegrated after they got slaughtered. Arc got to meet the Elven warrior girl he saw in the 1st episode.
But this elven warrior misunderstands Arc to be the bandit who kidnapped elf children. But, to her surprise, she soon finds out Arc is nothing like other humans, when she sees Ponta, the fox spirit trusting Arc like that. These spirits don’t trust anyone, especially humans easily. But, seeing her trust Arc with her life made her change her mind. Later on, we find out that, the ones who were conspiring against the Rubierute town were the same ones who were trying to kidnap the elf children. Even after the Elven warrior’s warning, Arc chose to help her when she was standing helpless, as the children were taken, hostages. And soon they understand that they need each other on this journey. Finally, the Elven warrior girl reveals her name, Ariane Glenys Maple. They might not realize it, but their destination is the same.
