The lives of the four closest friends—Danni, Sabrina, Karen, and Andi—who have been struggling in both their personal and professional lives are the subject of the comic series Sistas.
Their lives are filled with drama every day, some of which has the potential to be disastrous. At the end of the day, they discover that each other is their happy and cosy place, which deepens and enhances their bonds.

Mignon Von plays Daniella “Danni” King in the sixth season of Sistas, while KJ Smith portrays Andrea “Andi” Barnes. Novi Brown plays Sabrina Hollins, Ebony Obsidian portrays Karen Mott, and Crystal Reed portrays Karen Mott.

Sabrina and Maurice find out what’s at stake; Hayden confides in Gary about his impulsive behaviour; Danni wakes up to a surprise; and Fatima has doubts about Zac’s generosity toward Karen. Following her discovery of Zac in a precarious situation, Sabrina attempts to reason with Que, Hayden considers ending his marriage, Maurice schemes to get out of jail, and Fatima begins to doubt their love.
After their encounter, Andi and Gary don’t agree, Karen rejects Zac’s tactful rejection, Danni and Preston move forward, and Fatima changes her mind. Fatima approaches Karen, Hayden confronts Tamara, Danni doubts Preston’s neglect, Gary discovers a new side to Andi, and Maurice comes up with a scheme to clear Sabrina’s name.
Andi gives Fatima advice, Maurice defends a buddy during a police question, Calvin visits Sabrina, and Danni’s night with Preston is ruined by paranoia brought on by marijuana. Andi learns unsettling information about Zac, Sabrina and Calvin mobilize support for Maurice, who is resolved to turn himself in, and tensions between Karen and Fatima reach a breaking point.
Hayden receives a strong warning from Gary about Tamara’s dubious motivations. Sabrina finds out that there are conditions on Bayo’s assistance with her and Maurice’s legal status. Karen knows the outcome of the paternity test, and the women are behind her; Que’s deception catches up with him; and Zac and Fatima learn heartbreaking news about their son.
