ReZERO Season 4 Episode 80 still

Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- Season 4 has released new preview materials for its upcoming Episode 80, which is the 14th episode of the anime’s fourth season. The official announcement includes preview stills and a web trailer, giving fans a new look at the next chapter of “The Recapture Arc.”

The series has remained one of the most popular isekai franchises worldwide, with more than 16 million copies of the original light novels and related series sold globally, including digital editions. As Re:ZERO celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2026, Season 4 continues to expand Subaru Natsuki’s journey with a dangerous new storyline centered on recovering what was lost after the devastating battle in Priestella.

The Recapture Arc began broadcasting and streaming on August 12, following the 11-episode Loss Arc. Alongside the main anime preview, new stills have also been released for the Season 4 Episode 14 mini anime, Re:ZERO -Starting Break Time. The official mini anime episode is available through the franchise’s official YouTube channel. More details are available through the Official Re:ZERO Anime Website.

Season 4 follows the consequences of the deadly battle at Watergate City of Priestella. Although Subaru and his allies survived, their victory came with devastating losses, including Rem’s endless sleep, Crusch losing her memories, and Julius having his very name erased through the Authority of Gluttony.

Searching for a way to restore what was taken, Subaru learns about the mysterious wise man Shaula and sets out toward the Pleiades Watchtower. Located deep within the dangerous Auguria Dunes, the tower stands as one of the most perilous destinations in Re:ZERO, surrounded by brutal natural conditions, powerful mabeasts, and unknown threats.

The newly released preview stills and web trailer offer the latest look at the Recapture Arc as Subaru and his companions continue their life-risking journey. Season 4 is produced by WHITE FOX, with Masahiro Shinohara directing and original author Tappei Nagatsuki serving as script supervisor. The fourth season is officially structured into the 11-episode Loss Arc and the eight-episode Recapture Arc.
