Return Of The Shattered Constellation Chapter 71: Recap and Review
Later in the chapter, we see that he passes through the door that appears after the invitation from this guy; he enters the Frost King’s Lair and finds out that a really old and lonely king, the Boss Monster Frost King Lv. 9, was sitting on his throne.
After looking at Lee Chang, Frost King says that he actually indulged in that old man, and that is why he believes that Lee Chang is a good man. With this, we see that many different Frost Beings show their own reaction towards it. The Devine Being, the Snake that wraps around the world, asks what on earth that block of ice is talking about and scoffs.
The Divine Being, The Owl that pierces through the Twilight, says the Frost King is right and shakes her head, The Divine Being, the Tiger that has been trapped in hardships, says in a cruel manner that he is a good bear rather than a good man.
After commenting about the Divine Beings, the Frost King says that though he may be on his deathbed, his keen eye must still be pretty good. When Lee Chang asks him if he can see them, the Frost King says that if he is asking about the messages from the rulers of the Heavens, then yes, he can see them, though some of them seem broken, as long as they are not important.

This was when Lee Chang found out that he was right about the rank of the Frost King because he can use Telepathy, and that is why he is at the highest rank and believes that such a being would succumb to a simple illusion technique, and that is not possible.
On the other hand, Lee Chang says to the Frost King that he is fooling his kin, as he does not seem like he is suffering from hallucination at all. However, the Frost King says that he looks fairly young from the outside, and that is why he is why what Lee Chang thinks is completely wrong.
