Reincarnation of the Suicidal Battle God tells us the story of Zephyr. He was humanity’s last line of defense against the Demon God Tartarus. Even though he was able to deal some damage to Tartaraus, ultimately he was unable to defeat him. In the end, he was just a Mortal after all. Even though Tartarus recognized his talents and tried to recruit him into his fold he did not budge.
Instead, he used his last couple moments to blow himself up. This mortified Tartarus as the explosion burnt his right hand beyond repair. In all his existence, this was the first time he had suffered any damage. To add insult to injury it was a mere mortal who did it where many others failed. This must have been what made him get noticed by the other gods. They offered him a second chance.
A chance to make things right. He will be sent back in time with his memories intact. Furthermore, he will receive multiple gifts from the god. They only ask one thing in return, Entertainment. The Gods want Zephyr to entertain them with his exploits. Although not pleased about the idea he agrees nonetheless. Now he must prepare for the worse whilst keeping his identity a secret.
Now that he knows exactly what’s going to happen in the future, he is using said knowledge to his advantage. He is doing favors for strong people so when the time comes he can get all the help that is needed. In the meantime, he is training himself to become stronger and stronger. He disclosed his secret to a few that he trusts and the evidence was too overwhelming to not believe him.
Currently, he had a Dragon Heart transplanted into him giving him access to an arsenal of Dragon-related abilities. Furthermore, he can transform into a Dragonoid for short periods. To complete his transformation he must defeat and absorb the hearts of all four dragons. He successfully defeated the Blue Dragon and secured its heart. He just has to absorb it now.

However, before doing that he must deal with the dragon and the poison first.
He helped the elves to mobilize their numbers. He brought mages from the outside courtesy of Altair. They helped make an army of Goloms to act as their infantry. Zephyr even mutilated himself over and over to collect materials he would need to make a set of bows and arrows for Dariel. After an intense fight, the dragon was finally subdued. The Tree of Life recognized his efforts and helped him subdue Ramiel who was poisoning the dragon in the first place. After the poison was removed we see a blinding light erupting from the Tree of Life. A clear sign that Zephyr was successful in his mission. Even though the battle is not over yet the Elves and the allied forces erupt in cheers. However, Zephry cannot hear any of it.
Zephyr over-exerted himself in that battle against Ramiel. Now that this Dragonification has come undone he will fall unconscious for a week. As he was falling the Tree of Light broke his fall. We hear the Tree of Life recognizing all that he has done and promises to do the same for him. The scene then shifts to Ned Stryer. He was sent to protect the bedridden Queen.
It was a tough fight. Ned is on the ground covered in blood. The demon could mimic its opponent’s abilities. Meaning Ned was hit by his own techniques. Things are not looking good. He has lost too much blood and does not have any potions left. However, the Queen was grateful that he protected her so she uses her magic to heal Ned of all his injuries.
The scene cuts back to Zephyr. He woke up inside the trunk of the Tree of Life. He tells him that it’s been more than 3 days since he fell unconscious. The Tree was helping him recover. The Tree has taken a humanoid form to converse with Zephyr. He introduced himself as Yggdrasil. He gives zephyr fruit filled with the sap of the Tree of Life. This will aid him in making a full recovery.
Yggdrasil thanks him for keeping his wife and children safe. In addition to healing his body, Yggdrasil readjusted it too. Zephyr’s body is now strong enough to hold the Blue Dragon’s heart as well.
