Persona 3 Ending Explained
There are two possible endings to Persona 3. The game player has to make a single choice, and this would decide if he gets the bad or the true ending. At the end of the game, the player will get the choice to either kill Ryoji or spare him. This becomes a difficult choice because, throughout the game, the player must have formed a relationship with Ryoji.
If one decides to kill him, the player gets a bad ending, and the game story will end soon after the choice is made. Although the sequence is brief and rather unremarkable, those who are interested should still watch it in an additional save file.
The SEES members lose the memory of the previous year, including the dark hour and their connection with one another if a game player kills Ryoji. Yukari and Junpei, however, would still recognize each other. The memories of Aigis are still intact. They would have also missed Mitsuru, the president of the student council, and Akihiko, who they only knew as the boxing team’s captain.
The other possible ending to the game is when the player decides not to kill Ryoji. If the player makes this choice, he will see the true ending of the game. There are no other choices that are available to the player in the game, and there are no other secret endings to the game. So one does not need to worry about the game after he has chosen not to kill Ryoji. One just needs to keep playing the game to reach the end.
Takaya Sakaki establishes a religious cult that uses the arrival of Nyx and the Fall as a means of salvation. Takaya Claims in a media interview that there is little reason for hope because the world is in chaos. He then later claims that Nyx is the only creature capable of saving humanity.
Throughout January, the mental health condition of the residents of the Tatsumi port island would be out of control. There would be trash and litter on the streets, and no one would take responsibility for cleaning them.
On 31st January 2010, SEES faced Jin and Takaya and defeated them. SEES faces Nyx as well and defeats him. This causes the moon to split and reveal an old gadget that starts to slay people all over the world. The protagonist will sacrifice himself to lock the seal and save humanity.
The game ends, and the world comes back to normal. SEES members have no clue about the forgone year and assemble at the building roof after having realized that they have graduated.
