The release for the next-gen console PlayStation 5 was on April 2021, and for Nintendo Switch, the release was set for September 2021. The game is action-based and has an open-world environment. The game has magic and switching of characters. The game is free to play, and monitoring is via gacha game mechanics, which allows the players to obtain weapons, characters, and other resources.
The world of Genshin Impact takes place in Teyvat, which is a fantasy world and a home to seven nations. The nation is linked to elements and each has a specific god association. The story has a character of twin and is a Traveler and the customization and gender are chosen via the player. The player travels across the world and explores, but the player has separated from his/her other twin which is of the opposite gender. The player search for his/her twin that is lost along with a companion called Paimon.

What were the Release Details of Genshin Impact?
Genshin Impact was released on September 28, 2020, for several platforms such as Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, Android, and iOS. The game also has cross-platform play. The game was made available on 11 November 2020 for PlayStation 5. By 28 April 2021 the game was remastered and a better version was made available for PlayStation 5 which has faster loading, visuals enhanced and a controller with DualSense support. Although the game was also set to release for Nintendo in September 2021 too.

Genshin Impact has a multiplayer mode. The game has also a co-op and also PvP mode. The game is regularly updated by the developers and there is a new event introduced in the game. The player can also challenge the other players in co-op mode or challenge each other. The game is a game based on the story and has very engaging mechanics for gameplay. The game’s primary aim is to upgrade the character in the game and have a skill set. The game has a variety of enemies and the enemy has their abilities on various levels. What are the Security concerns in Genshin Impact?
There have been several vulnerabilities in terms of security that came forward after releasing of the game. The game had been lacking some features security-wise that have been found in many other games such as two-factor authentication. A player phone number was exposed as it was li9nked to the account during the recovery of the password on the miHoYo website on October 19, 2020. This issue was not foreseen till November 9, 2020, and then after it was noticed miHoYo issued a notice that players should keep the security of their account and should be careful of binding the number or email address carefully. Two-Factor authentication was added in May 2021.
Genshin Impact Security Concerns
As several other games have an anti-cheat system installed within them and use it for implementation. This driver protects the game from code injection, an inspection of memory, and another form of manipulation. Although this anti-cheat system remain loaded even though the game was closed. Due to this, it spans a controversy so this was changed immediately after it took up the heat.
