Even if someone is not a K-pop fan no one can ever deny their hype whether it be due to all of the visuals or due their charms or be it their voices and captivating songs. Korean variety shows and survival programs bring the fans closer to their idols and groups by depicting a better image of their struggle, worries and the moments where the members laugh and cry together.
Peak Time is a JTBC survival program from the production team of “Sing Again”. The show released its 1st episode on February 15, 2023. The final winning team of the show will be taking a prize money with the worth of 300 million KRW along with an album release and global showcase privilege.
Peak Time is being hosted by the Ballad Prince Lee Seung Gi whileon the jury we have Cho Kyu Hyun from Super Junior, Jay Park, Tiffany Young from Girl’s Generation, Highlight’s Lee Gi Kwang, Kim Sung Gyu of Infinite, Ryan S. Juhn from Maracan Entertainment, Winner’s Song Min Ho and heartthrob Moon Byul from MAMAMOO.

Peak Time Episode 9: Recap
Previously on Peak Time the contestants had to go through Round 1 the “Rival Match” and Round 2. In the 3rd Round “New Song” of Peak Time the participating groups are supposed to prepare a completely new song. The teams are supposed to pick out a ball randomly which will assign them a unique number which will have the title to their song.
Each team will get awared 100 points per each judge’s pick and 10 points per an audience’s pick. The team with the highest combined score will place the 1st position. The following are the rankings for the Leagues:

Peak Time Episode 10: Preview
In the Episode 10 of Peak Time the 10 teams will be ranked. To vote for your favourite team follow the steps below:

- Chose four teams you want to help rise to their Peak Time
- Then chose your two bias (individuals that you personally cheer on the most)
- You can vote once a day.
The 2nd round of votings were closed on April 6th, 2023 at 9 A.M.; it will decide the top 6 teams who will join the final round.
The audience are asked to predict the new song for the team that they support for the New Song Matching of the final round with 6 songs prepared for 6 teams. The voting will be done in the time period of April 6th, 2023 to April 19th, 2023 till 20:50 (8:50 P.M.) Korean Standard Time so make sure to support your Idol by visiting the page.
