Oniichan wa Oshimai! Episode 5 saw Mahiro waking up early and even making breakfast and getting ready. This made Mihari wonder if there is a disaster but Mahiro wanted new anime posters that come out thus he woke up early. After going out and buying the anime posters, Mahiro finds himself in an arcade gaming section and even goes to the girl’s section to look around but runs out when a group of girls are nearby.
While playing an arcade game, he is confronted by a truant officer which it seemed like a stalker to Mahiro. In the second part of the episode, we see Mihari taking Mahiro to the salon to fix his hair and to relax. While this event is overwhelming at first, Mahiro feels relaxed after getting a full makeover.
On Halloween, Mihari tells Mahiro about a costume party at Kaede’s house and tricks him into wearing a costume alone. Embarrassed at first, Kaede’s hug makes up for it. Momiji and Mahiro spend their time in the former’s room while waiting for dinner. Momiji shows concern about her figure and how only Kaede’s got all the good and even tells Mahiro that rubbing makes one figure bigger but they are interrupted by Kaede. In the end, we see that Momiji visits Mahiro with a bunch of her friends hinting that it is time for school now.
