Recap And Review
One Piece Chapter 1103 – titled “I’m So Sorry, Daddy,” revealed that Bonney has been looking at the memories that Kuma had left, and Vegapunk is feeling bad that he couldn’t even keep her from it. Bonney tells him sorry about it as he only tried to do what Kuma told him.
Before the current fight continues, we even see Vegapunk giving Bonney the present Kuma wanted to give on her 10th birthday. As the flashback comes to an end, we see that Bonney is still being held up by Saturn, and monologues reveal how it is all Saturn’s fault.
She tries to gather courage and hit him, which seems like Luffy’s rubbery style; however, her punch doesn’t affect Garcia much. Saturn realizes that she worships Nika like Kuma but doesn’t relate the possibility of Luffy and him.
He also goes on to reveal how he is the one responsible for everything that happened with her mother, Ginny. He is the one who got her that disease, which eventually resulted in her being this way and passed the disease onto the child.
In addition to this, Bonney has the experimented devil fruit powers, which were given to him without having her eat it. As Bonney starts to feel really bad about all of it and wonders if she would be better off with dying, Luffy starts to eat while there is news that Kuma has arrived on Egghead Island.
As the chapter comes to an end, before Bonney can be killed, Kuma appears to save his daughter from Saturn, and the last panel sees him going to attack Saturn.
