With the Wano arc reaching its conclusion, the One Piece manga is finally heading towards its final arc. The unexpected entry of Ryokugyu into the Wano kingdom brought up the hype for the ongoing chapters. One Piece Chapter 1055 Spoilers feature the exchange of blows between Momonosuke, the current Shogun of Wano Country, and the Marine admiral, Aramaki.
One Piece manga chapter 1055 will be released on 31 July 2022, with the title, ‘New Era.’
Luckily for this week, the raw scans were spilled a bit early, and with the leaks spreading like wildfire, readers are now desperately waiting for the official release of the chapter.

Yamato wanted to intervene in the fight between Momonosuke and the Green bull. However, Yamato was stopped by Momo since it was his responsibility to protect his country. Against Ryokugyu, we see Momo using Kaido’s attack “Bolo Breathe.”
Green Bull took significant damage by Momonosuke’s attack. However, he has been ready for the second round ever since. However, due to a certain presence (someone’s conqueror haki), Ryokugyu immediately backs off and decides to leave.
It turns out that the presence Green bull felt was of Shanks and the Red-Haired Pirates.
In the second half of the One Piece manga chapter, we see Sukiyaki, Robin, and Law going down the ancient Wano where the road to Poneglyph is situated.
Sukiyaki, later on, sheds light on the history of Wano, turns out the Wano Kingdom was originally much bigger than it is right now. The reason for this is unknown (it is made clear in the chapter; however, the translations to this aren’t clear yet).
Regardless of anything to do with the fight or Poneglyph, other members of the Straw Hats are seen enjoying the banquet. It seems Eustass Kid could not sense Shanks’ haki (or maybe, he did).
There is no break; chapter 1056 of One Piece manga will also release according to its schedule.
At the end of OP chapter 1055, Monkey D. Luffy, Straw Hats, and ‘others’ sense the haki of Shanks around Wano. Other important details and reactions for this chapter will only be unveiled when the raw scans are out.
With Shanks’s arrival at the Wano Kingdom. The true intent of Shanks is still one of the bigger questions. While possible theories suggest a lot, it’s better if we wait for the original story to unveil it all, slowly and steadily.
The newest edition of JUMP GIGA for Summer 2022 had Shanks as the cover, hinting towards an obvious arc/storyline with Shanks in action. The simultaneous release of One Piece: Red will, of course, draw out more attention to the Red Haired emperor.
