Now on its fifth episode, the series is on the verge of conclusion, setting up the pace for the events that will unfold in the original trilogy “A New Hope.” How exactly is this show going to end? Obi-Wan Kenobi Episode 4 Recap
The fourth episode begins with Obi-Wan submerged in a tank healing his wounds from his past combat with Vader in Jadiim. After his wounds partially heal, he and Teva try to infiltrate the Fortress Inquisitorious. Meanwhile, a frustrated Reva tries to extract information from Princess Leia concerning the escape routes of the Jedi. But Reva doesn’t know that Leia simply knows nothing. As Kenobi and Teva make their way into the fortress, Reva grows ever more impatient with the young Leia. So she sets out to use more coercive methods.
Meanwhile, Master Kenobi explores the fortress. Then, he finds out that the fortress is also employed as a burial site for Jedis. He’s shocked at what he sees. When Reva decides to have Leia dragged by some stormtroopers into a torture chamber, Obi-Wan notices, but he’s spotted by some stormtroopers he must take care of. Just at the moment Leia is about to be tortured, Teva creates a distraction, and Reva starts talking to her.
Leia’s Rescue
While Reva talks to Teva, Obi-Wan kills the guards watching Leia and moves with her along the way. Meanwhile, Reva doesn’t believe Teva’s distraction and orders the guards to remand her. But Obi-Wan’s moves alert a droid, and Reva has no time for Teva and leaves. Then, Teva escapes custody and joins Obi-Wan. They find some opposition. Between blaster fire and some right lightsaber moves, the trio manages to escape and find their way into the cargo bay. All alarms sound, The Grand Inquisitor is raging furious and says this is Reva’s fault.
When Teva, Obi-Wan, and Leia make their way into the cargo bay, they’re ambushed by Reva and an army of imperial stormtroopers. But then, a couple of T-47s fly in and give the trio some air support and make their escape. Reva manages to destroy one T-47, and the Grand Inquisitor and Lord Vader are furious. Vader chokes Reva, and she says that she placed a tracer on Leia that will give away their position. The episode concludes with Lola, Leia’s droid, spontaneously lighting up, giving Reva their location.
Obi-Wan Kenobi Episode 5 Possible Plotlines
The next episode will pick up with Lola, Leia’s droid, being infiltrated by Reva. We’re sure to see more of her as Darth Vader force-choked her in episode four. And she knows that her life is on the line. Meanwhile, we shall see how Kenobi and Leia build their trust together as they embark on their way back to safety. Also, we might see how Teva’s story builds up as she’s been having some screentime as well.

Obi-Wan Kenobi Episode 5 will release on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at 03:00 hrs Eastern Time, United States, on Disney+. Also, the episode, simply titled “Part V,” was directed by Deborah Chow out of a script penned by Stuart Beattie, Joby Harold, Hossein Amini, and Andrew Stanton.
