Joe, a stuntman for the famous actor Tong, unexpectedly forms a close bond with Ming. However, Joe is unaware that Ming sees him merely as a replacement for Tong. When Ming’s true feelings come to light, Joe is forced to leave for work on a foreign film set, where a tragic accident claims his life.
Upon awakening, Joe finds himself in the body of another man named Joe, who also suffered an accident on the same day. With assistance, he resumes his previous life, encountering familiar faces, including Ming. Ming, still longing for Joe’s companionship, is determined to uncover the truth behind Joe’s mysterious return and restore their relationship to its former state.
As Ming retains memories of the original Joe, he tries to find out the mystery surrounding Joe’s reincarnation. Ming seeks closure and aims to provide Joe with the answers he never had the chance to receive, ultimately hoping to reunite with him once again.
