After the incredible finale of My Hero Academia, fans have another reason to be happy. This week, they got their first real look at what to expect from an upcoming My Hero Academia in Concert. TOHO Animation has released a new preview video on its official YouTube channel, showcasing how the live concert experience combines a full orchestra with memorable scenes from the anime.

The concert will begin its fall tour across Europe and the United States in just a few months. Ahead of the tour, the newly released video gives fans an early look at the immersive live performance they can expect on stage.
What the New Preview Video Reveals
The newly released preview shows a live orchestra performing composer Yuki Hayashi’s iconic soundtrack while scenes from all eight seasons of My Hero Academia play on a giant screen. The organizers also released a new trailer and official key visual to build excitement ahead of the concert tour. Fans can look forward to hearing some of the anime’s most beloved tracks, including the fan-favorite battle theme “You Say Run” and the inspiring anthem “You Can Be a Hero.”
Global Concert Tour Brings the Anime Soundtrack to Life
According to production partners GEA Live, Toho Co., Ltd., and RoadCo Entertainment, the concert experience centers on a 15-piece live band performing Hayashi’s compositions while a large-scale screen plays synchronized footage from the series. The show made its world premiere on May 30, 2026, at Pacifico Yokohama in Japan, before setting off on a 10-city European leg running from late September into early October.
The U.S. tour begins on September 12, 2026, at the Farmington Civic Center in Farmington, New Mexico, and includes 35 performances before concluding on October 25 in Columbus, Ohio. Along the way, the concert will visit major cities such as Salt Lake City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Brooklyn, and Washington, D.C. Tickets for the North American tour went on sale to the general public on April 24, 2026, and are still available through the concert’s official ticketing website.
10th Anniversary Celebration Builds Momentum Ahead of Concert Tour
The concert tour is part of My Hero Academia’s 10th anniversary celebration. Since the anime first premiered in April 2016, the franchise has marked the milestone with a special anniversary logo, new promotional artwork, and the announcement of a bonus episode adapting Chapter 431 of Kohei Horikoshi’s manga. Originally serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from July 2014 to August 2024, the manga has sold more than 100 million copies worldwide. Fans can also stream all released seasons of the anime on Crunchyroll while waiting for the anniversary concert tour to begin.
With the first-look video now released and the European and U.S. tour dates confirmed, fans are now turning their attention to ticket availability ahead of the September kickoff. Given My Hero Academia’s global popularity, tickets for shows in major cities could sell out quickly as the concert dates draw closer.
