Dokgo Heon was a feared and respected master of the Phantom Sword in the Unorthodox Faction. Despite his background, he formed a strong bond with Hyun Jo, the leader of the Mount Hua Sect. Their friendship was cut short when the Demonic Cult attacked and killed Hyun Jo. At the moment of his death, Dokgo Heon’s soul was transferred into the body of Mu Hwi, Hyun Jo’s disciple.
Now living as Mu Hwi, Dokgo Heon inherits the responsibility of protecting the Mount Hua Sect from both internal and external threats. His mastery of the Phantom Sword technique begins to surface in Mu Hwi’s body, granting him immense strength and precision in battle. However, his actions have drawn the attention of rival sects and the Demonic Cult, putting Mount Hua in a dangerous position.
In Chapter 23, Mu Hwi’s decisive victory against an ambush strengthened Mount Hua’s position but exposed him to new dangers.
