Hosted by Jun Hyun-moo and Lee Soo-guen, the series was a dance survival contest where K-pop idols would team up with professional dancers as they compete for their way to come out as the winner of the Hit The Stage reality series.
Momo participated in Hit The Stage as a member of TWICE K-pop group and was removed in the 4th episode, and their group came in 8th place.
