One of the most awaited sequel films just got a big casting update. During a recent visit to The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Margaret Qualley shared that she is part of the cast for Happy Gilmore 2. There had been rumors about her joining the film since it was announced the sequel was in development.
Qualley seemed very excited to announce this news, describing her role as “tiny, but the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I can die happy now.”
Margaret Qualley is best known for her part in Quentin Tarantino’s film Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood, which also stars Brad Pitt and Leonardo DiCaprio. Now, she will work with Adam Sandler in Happy Gilmore 2, which started production at the beginning of this month.

Before that, she featured in Yorgos Lanthimos’ Kinds of Kindness, the much-anticipated film from the director of Poor Things. This film also includes Emma Stone, Jesse Plemons, and Willem Dafoe. She is well-known for her role in Fosse/Verdon, a docudrama about two of the greatest Broadway dancers of all time, starring Sam Rockwell and Michelle Williams.
In addition to her upcoming role in Happy Gilmore 2, Qualley will act with Glen Powell in Huntington and will also be seen alongside Chris Evans and Aubrey Plaza in Honey Don’t!
