The chapter opens up with Minato cheering his team for successfully defeating a calamity as it was their first formal mission and yet they showed their true worth to everyone. He tells everyone how much stronger they have become especially Yukia as her growth has been exceptional. Minato asks Yukia if she noticed the grand magic because she already knew about it but Yukia proudly replies that she didn’t know anything and she’s hearing even the term “grand magic” for the first time.
Minato gets shocked and asks her how was she able to complete the mission without knowing about the grand magic and Yukia replies that she just followed the hints given by Minato and her intuitions.
Minato wonders if he underestimated Yukia and continues to praise her while also considering her harmony with her sister. Finally, the time for the news arrives and Minato turns on the television. Shidou has appeared in a conference along with the police force as a representative of the special magic team. The reporters ask Shidou if it’s true that the leader of this team is a student who stopped the calamity at the academy.
Shidou gets up and confirms that the leader is indeed a student which sends the reporters into an uproar. Shidou continues by saying that this person possesses a power that far surpasses even a magic noble and during the calamity, when the magic nobles abandoned the police and the citizens, this person appeared and saved everyone which is convincing enough that he is the saviour who shall shoulder the era and that there is no one other than him who could be trusted with the leadership.
