Are You Excited For Love Island Season 9 Episode 59, and will it happen? Let’s talk about the Love Island Season 9 Reunion. Season 9 Reunion, in my opinion, was a mess. It wasn’t that great, but it was better than last year’s reunion.
At the end of the day, it wasn’t what it needed to be because any drama given to us was unfinished. It was not packed properly, and I don’t know why they stressed about making this a live show. Because that makes them even more like they have to run up and run up, and people in Maya’s ears are telling her to rush. So just keep it a properly filmed day.
Also, nobody asked for that girl to be singing. I feel like that was the problem. It’s a live episode, you’ve only got an hour and a half to do this, and for some reason, you keep on focusing on the couples and their life outside the villa. We don’t care about that.
We care about the inner workings of the relationships on the show and the drama between them. So focus on that. Have a real with Olivia and her like the messes that happen in the show. Do it like that and then bring people in to talk about it.
Love Island Season 9 Reunion Recap
Before diving into Love Island Season 9 Episode 59, let’s quickly recap and review the previous episode. I don’t know what Love Island Season 9 Reunion was, and I don’t think anybody asked for it. I mean, the song at the beginning was cute, but I felt like it was prolonged for too long.
But I feel like that is part of the issue when it comes to the Love Island Reunions. They are continuously going to flop, in my opinion. Because they are giving us not only unfinished drama but they are giving us content that we are not asking for.
We do not want to see the final couples going back to their families and whatever. Keep that as a side episode for YouTube on the platform or a separate episode on a separate day. Nobody asked to see what they showed us because it took out so much time and it made everybody rush.
Maya did a great job. As per usual, with the circumstances given, Maya was always going to give her all, and she was on point. The question she was asking was great. I’m not that much on Indiyha and Sam being there.
Because I felt like we saw you on after something, and you being there gave us another Aftersun episode. I like the fact that Indiyah was pressing for answers. I also felt like Maya was also pressing as well. I found Sam sometimes worded things wrong.
The main people who were in talks this whole season were Olivia and Tanya. So they should have adequate time to talk, not the Musketeers. This is the reunion. The reunion is meant to have the craziest moments happen on stage.
The reunion is solely about one host and all of the contestants and analyzing the biggest drama that’s come out of that season. But we weren’t doing that. I feel like the structure was wrong as well. I also don’t feel like a live crowd needs to be there. It just needs to be them filming on a dramatic stage and etc., but they’re never going to give us that, so it’s annoying.
Shaq, Tanya, And Martin Drama
But the gag is Tanya was the start of the reunion. She and Shaq were disgusted when they had that conversation with Martin. I don’t think Martin expected that they were going to bring that up. I think Martin went in thinking, “OK, I’m a Favorite.” Because Tanya is getting hateful, and people don’t like her. So Martin thought that he could just come in and make it easy.
But if you said stuff about her, you have to be prepared. Especially the way we see how Shaq moves. I’m surprised that Martin was so taken aback and then was mumbling for a good minute and didn’t know what to say. But it’s given me confidence in Tanya and Shaq from the way he stood up for her. The way he stood up for her was nice to see.
And then Tanya was like, “you want to apologize, but you never directly apologized to me.” And Martin was like, “well, I’ve just seen you now.” But it’s been a week since Tanya’s been out, so you could have easily sent her a message to say, “you know what this is? I’ve said this on the podcast. I apologize Etc.” But it was unfinished business between Martin and Tanya because their section was rushed.
Maya had to wrap it up because not only was he fumbling, but there wasn’t enough time. This was the major problem with Love Island Season 9 Reunion. It should have been a live episode. Just record it, dissect all the drama, and then gives us a normal episode. They could have broken this into multiple parts to renting out it for ratings. If there’s drama, people are going to be tuned in.
Ron And Lana
Speaking of not giving Ron and Lana. They were talking about “life is the same on the outside.” “Ron is just a stellar partner. He’s so great”. OK, sure. I mean, only time will tell when it comes to everybody, even the couples that we like. Only time will tell. So Ron is clearing up some things about him being a game player and the whole Rosie debacle. And, man, I did not know the audience did a rock Rosie like that.
I mean, obviously, Rosie wasn’t my favorite person either, but Damn, the audience was booing the girl so much. I do still think that in the position Rosie was in at the time, what she perceived was her truth. I don’t think that she fabricated anything. I think that she had a filter that processed the information in a way that it wasn’t intended to.
And then with Ron, he literally was coming as a person who was asked the question, and he was giving an objective observation of what he’s been seeing. So I don’t think that it was malicious. It’s just that everything looks shady, considering the whole storyline of what Ron is. They didn’t really talk about his wandering eye at the beginning of the season much. I Don’t know. They really could have gone in deeper.
Kai And Sanam
Moving on to Kai and Sanam. They’re great. They’ve confirmed on social media that they are boyfriend and girlfriend, but on the show, they didn’t touch on it. They did say that they’ve exchanged. I love to use it, though. Kai says that every previous connection he had was just not romantic.
I don’t know why all of a sudden, that is a revelation because he was making it seem like Tanyel was a bee’s bee when Olivia was God’s gift, and then everything changed after Casa. So I’m just like, “yeah, OK, Kai.” They both say they will invest the 50K into passion projects that involve nurturing children. So that is great.
We do end up talking to Olivia, and she accepts that she blew the situation out of proportion. Her PR team deserves an award because they are really trying to make this woman seem like she’s had this great character development. Sure, OK. Much more happened in Love Island Season 9 Reunion, but let’s discuss when Episode 59 of Love Island Season 9 will release and what will happen.
