Last episode is kind of doing a backtrack at the beginning when it starts with Georgia and Nate in the hideaway. So Georgia basically wants to be in Nate’s skin. However, Nate doesn’t feel the same.
I’m thinking, y’all are young. How realistic is it for you to be with him 24/7? I don’t know what they do for a living. But if they were in school, that’s what makes it hard. If they work, that’s what makes it hard. The only way that they really would be able to spend 24/7 together is if they lived together.
But even that is premature, babes. You’re not even together exclusively or in a relationship. And it only gets worse as the episode goes on. I’m like, “Babe, I hear that you want to be with your man 24/7, but let’s come back to real life; it’s likely not gonna happen”.
Savannah and Clint get to go on a date, and this is their second date. They might have the most dates as a couple so far. I think the producers are trying to help their connection along. So on this day, Clint is basically saying he typically is a fall-hard and fast kind of guy. But with Savannah, he’s trying to restrain himself so he doesn’t jump the gun.
Some of you guys on the internet feel like Clint is not as interested in Savannah as he’s making it seem. I can see that, I don’t think that, but if I were to look for examples, I think that I could come up with examples. However, of the options that Savannah has had throughout her time in the Villa, I think that Clint is the best option. So even if he’s not as into her, at least he’s got the best compatibility with her.
Recap
Before diving into Love Island Australia Season 5 Episode 26, let’s quickly recap and review the previous episode. Nate and Georgia talk again about how often they’ll be able to see each other on the outside. At first, Nate said he could maybe do four to six days a week, and he’s not reducing it to maybe three to four.
I understand her frustration, but let’s put some things into perspective. You are young, you do not live together, and you aren’t even an official couple, so logistically, how would this work on the outside unless you guys moved in together immediately? Even that doesn’t make any sense. So she’s now getting emotional, she’s talking to Chloe, she is crying like “this is what my ex did too”. And yeah, baby, you might be codependent, I don’t know.
Honestly, meeting even two to three times a week is pretty good, I think. Maybe it’s because I’m older and, you know, older people have a lot going on. I guess when you’re young, you do have a lot of free time. So it’s like, what are you doing in your free time if you’re not hanging out with me? I don’t know, but I think two to three times, that’s good. She’s acting like he said, “I could only see you on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Mondays from 6:00 to 9:00 PM”, that’s not what he did.
So this is obviously an insecurity coming from her previous relationship or whatever anxious attachment she has or something that she needs to resolve on her own. And later on, she did acknowledge that “OK, yeah, maybe I’m tripping because of what I’ve been through in the past, and I shouldn’t judge you based on other people’s actions”.
Yeah, I’m glad you came to that conclusion because that is the only answer. A lot more happened in previous episodes, but now let’s discuss when Episode 25 of Love Island Australia Season 5 will be released and what will happen in it.
