Love All Play Episode 5: Recap & Spoilers
In the previous episode of “Love All Play”, we saw Tae-jun refusing to participate in the tournament organized by Jung-hwan’s father in Wando. Though, at the end of the day, he can’t leave his partner alone and thus shows up in the tournament. His sudden visit leaves Tae-yang in surprise and she was really not expecting to see him there.
With all these happenings, Tae-jun doesn’t fail to notice how Tae-yang is slightly limping because her shoes are slightly bigger than her original size. Therefore, he exchanges their shoes in order to stretch them a bit as they can’t make any mistakes in the tournament that is going to happen the next day. And for that, his partner needs to be in a proper condition.
The Badminton game kicks off and the coaches are also present in the arena in order to analyze the performance of both the players. Everyone is left stunned as Tae-yang and Tae-jun exchange their positions. The reason for the same being is that the former is shorter than the latter yet she is playing at the back. As they have nothing to lose in this tournament but at the same time, so they have a lot to earn, they decide to experiment with their teamwork.
The first match ends up in their favor as their brand-new strategy does wonders. The coaches are impressed but things go slightly downhill as Tae-yang injures her ankle as they reach the semi-finals. The decision to not let anyone know about the same ends her up in bigger trouble. Playing with a bag ankle completely exhausts her and she is labeled unfit for the next matches.
Standing up against coach Lee’s daughter, Tae-jun consoles and assures Tae-yang that he will pull this off alone. The game begins and the neck-to-neck competition takes everyone into a trance. Both the teams are three points close to winning the match and the pressure is high. At the last points, Tae-jun manages to gain two points for his team, but everything goes downhill when suddenly Tae-yang jumps onto the court and their rackets end up clashing.
Downing in guilt for the same, Tae-yang is given a vacation by the coach to rest and heal her ankle faster. She locks her up inside her room and doesn’t answer anyone’s calls or texts. In order to get in contact with her, Tae-jun pulls up an incredible prank which surprisingly works out and we see Tae-yang bursting directly at his home.
By the end of the fourth episode, we see her getting a call from her father. She receives an offer from Somang Bank to play for them. And, now the decision is hard to make.
