His enemy employed Scythes with a chain attached to them, similar to Shuhei from Bleach. But was much more force driven instead of the finesse and control that Shuhei has. Although, this world is more grounded when it comes to martial arts.
Jin went in the way of the forest, which the Demon shadow mistook for him to run away in fear. He soon realized that they were at a place where his weapons were at a disadvantage, thanks to the trees around them. However, the old man declared that it didn’t matter to him since he could cut down all of the surroundings if he wanted to. Which is exactly what Jin was looking for.
Jin did a preemptive strike to agitate the Shadow, and he took the bait for that. He took out his scythe and cut down all the trees surrounding him, giving Jin the opportunity to come to Shadow’s blind spot. The moment Jin’s blade was inside Shadow, he used his technique.

Legend of the Northern Blade Chapter 150 will conclude the chapter long as Jin defeats another one of the shadows. This makes him much closer to his goals and even more confident in his abilities to become the ruler of the world. But as the fight comes to a close, he would still have to deal with the realization that this fight.
With each victory, he gets closer to his ultimate goal of taking over China and becoming the dominant figure of the ancient world. His object of revenge is also met more or less, making him a little less fulfilled than he thought he would be. Though, he has left behind all his introspective abilities.
The next chapter will be the start of the next arc in his journey as he regroups with his clan and decide their next plan of action. However, it is also possible that Demon Shadow won’t die, and the fight will continue further. If that were to be the case, the fight might become even more interesting.
