February 2022 is filled with the most-awaited kpop comebacks as well as new debuts! This year started off on a high note, with stellar comebacks to the birth of monster rookies. It just makes kpop fans even more excited for the year! The newly debuted girl group Kep1er kicked off the year with their outstanding debut on January 3. Would you believe that they made it to the month’s brand reputation rankings just a few days after their debut, impressive! This was not the only girl group that debuted on the same day. SM Entertainment’s superpower girl group, Girls On Top, consists of Red Velvet members Seulgi and Wendy, Girls’ Generation members Taeyeon and Hyoyeon, Aespa’s Winter and Karina, and the extremely talented soloist BoA (aka the queen of kpop herself).

Enhypen made their highly anticipated comeback with their title track Blessed-Cursed. Honestly, for the start of this year, kpop fans have been fed with a lot of content. Let us see what comebacks and debuts are in store for us in February 2022. Get ready to mark your calendars!

1. Red Velvet

First up is SM Entertainment’s mega-popular five-membered girl group Red Velvet. Till the August of last year, fans of Red Velvet were begging for an OT5 comeback, and, no doubt, they had lived up to all of our expectations with their extended play ‘Queendom’. Plus, it does not look like fans of the kpop girl group would have to wait long for their upcoming comeback, which is this February 2022. Red Velvet will be coming back with a bang on February 2 with their first-ever Japanese album, ‘BLOOM’.

The song Wildside will serve as the title track of the album. Moreover, the album will come in eight versions, i.e., a regular CD edition, a CD+DVD edition, a CD+Blu-ray edition, and individual member versions. Also, get ready to be blessed with amazing songs from the album – Marionette, Wildside, Sappy, Jackpot, #Cookie Jar,  Snap Snap,  Sayonara, Aitai-tai, Swimming Pool, Cause It’s You, and Color of Love. If you don’t plan on listening to these songs, you will surely be missing out on amazing gems!

2. Day6 Wonpil

Believe it or not, Wonpil is finally releasing his first solo album ‘Pilmography’. Fans had always wanted to see more of Wonpi’s creative side as they know how talented the band member is. He had written many of Day6’s songs, played many instruments like the piano, synthesizer, and guitar. Furthermore, Pilmography’s teaser couldn’t be more cinematically pleasing. The aesthetics were out of this world. Also, the background music surely made viewers feel as if they had been transported to a fairy-tale.

The Day6 member will be making his debut on February 7 at 6 PM KST. Fans feel that his song will be quite meaningful too. The way after Wonpil touched the ball and went outside to see that the rain clouds have subsided and that he could actually fly in the sky but comes back to the dark weather again makes fans even more thrilled to see what Wonpil has planned for them!. While you are waiting for his solo debut, check him out in his kdrama ‘Best Mistake Season 3‘.

3. Ravi (VIXX)

With his awesome rap skills, sultry vocals, and smooth dance moves, Ravi had made sure to make his name in the kpop industry when he debuted with Jellyfish Entertainment’s boy group VIXX. The male kpop idol had easily impressed us all with his solo debut R.EAL1ZE in the year 2019. And after this, Ravi kept gifting us with one good song after another. After leaving Jellyfish Entertainment and joining GROOVL1N between 2020 and 2021, Ravi released his first studio album, El Dorado, with Rockstar as the title track, summer mini-album Paradise, in which he had also collabed with Ha Sung Woon, and finally, he had released his fourth mini-album Roses.

Moreover, Ravi will be making his comeback really soon with his second studio album Love&Fight on February 8, 2022. In addition to that, one of the tracks, Ani (feat (G)Idle’s Soyeon), was pre-released on December 7 last year. Other than that, Ravi’s second studio album will contain the tracks – the title track Winner (feat. Ash Island), Guns, Virus (Feat. Justhis), Love Hate Fight (feat. nafla), What’s My Problem, Let Me Down Slowly (feat. Cold Bay), Drowning In The Rain, ‘1,2,3’ (feat. Xydo), Cannonball (feat. Paul Blanco), and Warrior. Guess, Ravi will be serving us with many more fantastic songs with his comeback in February 2022!


After their heartbreaking disbandment, the members of GFriend members Eunbi, SinB, Umji shed some light on their heart unbroken fans by announcing that they will be debuting in a three-membered girl group soon. Earlier in January, the group’s agency Big Planet Made Entertainment (BPM) announced that the members had started preparing for their debut album. Later this month, BPM released a teaser of the members Enbi, SinB, Umji. It is time to get excited as these talented girls will surely shake the world with their debut on February 9.

We already know that these girls will be taking over the world with their debut since the news of Eunbi, SinB, Umji reuniting in a band had basically shaken the world. Fun fact: the group’s names were inspired by the last syllables of their name Eunbi, SinB, and Umji. If their debut does not make you jump with joy, we do not know what will!

5. Apink

This return of the popular girl group Apink is an especially special one for fans of the group. The reason is quite simple. The girls are having an OT6 comeback! Fans of the girl group had been begging the members, including Son Naeun, who didn’t renew her contract with Play M Entertainment and signed as an artist under YG Entertainment in the year 2019. And on 2021’s December, fans went wild when it was announced that all of the members would be participating in APINK’s upcoming special album ‘Horn’. The members Chorong, Bomi, Eunji, Naeun, Namjoo, and Hayoung, will be making their comeback n February 14, 2022.

Just look at them in the posters and teasers. These girls are definitely going to gift us with one of the best albums of the year. Although many fans were sad that YG Entertainment would not allow Son Naeun to promote with the group for their special album, just look at the bright side. At least she was able to participate in it. Let us hope for the better and see if Son Naeun will be able to promote in their next week!

6. Epik High

Guess you have something else to look forward to this Valentine’s Day! Epik High had recently caused a lot of excitement when the group announced that they would be returning very soon. They will be releasing ‘Epik High His Here 下 (Part 2)’ the second part of their full album ‘Epik High Is Here’ on February 14 at 6 PM KST. The first part, ‘Epik High Is Here 上 (part 1), was released last year in January. That comeback had led to Epik High’s collaborations with artists like CL, Zico, and Heize.

Epik High is a hip-hop-based boy group that has been stealing countless hearts around the world. The members of the boy group Epik High Mithra Jin, Tablo, and DJ Tukutz. We do not know if you would believe us when we say that Epik High had debuted back in the year 2003 with their first album Map Of The Human Soul. It would be an exaggeration to say that their music has aged like fine wine! If you still do not follow this group, get your ears and mind ready for their fantastic and fun musical style.

7. Treasure

No hate, but YG Entertainment was quite slow with the comebacks of its artists last year ( uhm*Blackpink*uhm). Nonetheless, fans of Treasure could take a sigh of relief when earlier this year, the group’s agency had announced that the boy group would make a comeback with their first extended play ‘The Second Step: Chapter One. Treasure had been gone for a month after their Japanese studio album’s release in March of 2021. The group had basically disappeared. Thankfully, we will be getting a mini-album really soon with this comeback on February 15, 2022!

The album will have three physical versions: Photobook, Digipack (one for each member), and Kit. Also, Treasure took a step further with their album to make all of the products environmental-friendly. You could see how much effort had gone in to make an album that serves us great music as well as is safe for the environment.  The album was literally made by using low-carbon, environmentally friendly paper, and soyabean oil ink. So that their efforts do not go to waste, make sure to buy the album and see what the talented members of the members of Treasure have prepared for us!

8. Tempest

Tempest includes one of kpop fans’ favorites, who were unfortunately eliminated during survival shows. Members Hyeongseop and Euiwoong were from Produce 101 Season 2, and Hanbin from I-Land. The soon-to-be labelmates of EVERGLOW will be making their debut on February 21, 2022. Tempest of LEW (Lee Euiwoong) the leader, Hanbin, Hyeongseop, Hyuk, Hwarang (former Mirae member), Eunchan, and Tarae. Gear up for their upcoming debut and see what we can expect from them!

The debut of Tempest has been hyped since the October of 2021, ever since Yuehua Entertainment was confirmed to trademark the words ‘Tempest’, ‘템페스트’, and ‘TPST’. Kpop fans got even more excited when it was revealed that their favorite contestants from Produce 101’s 2nd Season and I-Land would finally be able to debut. Weirdly we already have a feeling that this upcoming boy group will be breaking countless records with their debut this February! You could already see their debut journey by following the various social media platforms like Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Weibo, etc. Take it from us, you do not want to miss out on these talented boys!

9. Taeyeon

The powerhouse of vocals, Girls’ Generation’s leader Taeyeon has had a very busy year. She started off January with re-debuting in SM Entertainment’s power girl group Girls On To with fellow Girls’ Generation member Hyoyeon. SM Entertainment had confirmed that the female kpop idol would be making a comeback as a soloist with a new full-length solo album. This is quite happy news as it has been about two whole years since Taeyeon released her last album, Purpose, in 2019. Additionally, this will be her third full studio album as a soloist.

Taeyeon had even made a comeback with a pre-release single from her upcoming album ‘Can’t Control Myself’ just a few days ago in January. The artist has gone through a lot in the past two years. Plus, it was reported that the female kpop idol would be one of the judges of Mnet’s second season of Queendom. The last season of Queendom had been quite furious, with talented artists like (G)I-dle, Park Bom, Mamamoo, AOA, Lovelyz, and Oh My Girl. We can’t wait to see which groups will be participating next in the upcoming season! Also, keep your fingers crossed so that Taeyeon’s third studio album will be releasing really soon!

10. Brave Girls

If we had to choose one female kpop group whose luck was on their side last year, it would be none other than Brave Girls. The female kpop group started to gain a lot of recognition after their song ‘Rollin’ started trending for its fresh and summery vibe. Ever since then, the kpop group Brave Girls has been soaring high! It has been almost six months since they had their last comeback with their repackaged album ‘After We Ride’. Although the date has not been confirmed, rumors have been circulating that the members of Brave Girls will be coming back either in late February or early March.

Without a question, the members of Brave Girls Minyoung, Yujeong, Eunji, and Yuna with Rollin and Chi Mat Ba Ram have us some of the best summer songs ever! So, fans have a feeling that this time the girls will be making a comeback with another concept. If not, their song would still be being added to our favorite summertime songs! Keep your eyes peeled for the official announcement of the group’s comeback. Also, keep praying that we get their comeback as early as this February!
