Every episode in the series introduces us to different kinds of situations that come to the characters while also continuing the main premise of the story. This time in Kaguya-sama Ultra-Romantic – Episode 6, we are introduced to a parent-teacher conference to which Kaguya’s father remained absent. This lets us in a little bit deeper into the relationship Kaguya shares with her family. Luckily, Ai’s mother and Miyuki’s dad save the day for Kaguya. Not only this but we are also let in on a serious discussion about the character’s futures. Shirogane decides that he wants to go to Stanford while Kaguya claims that she will continue her studies at the academy’s university. This makes us question, will they ever get together?
The next half of the episode focuses on the school festival. Shirogane, slyly, asks Kaguya to go on a date with him without saying it out loud, but this was unsuccessful as she declines. After a while, she asks him to join her at the school festival, indirectly asking him out. Frustratingly, they were interrupted by Ishigami who decides to join them. The remaining part of the episode has Miyuki talking to Chika and Miko about their opinion of him. They then discuss what they preferred in a man and what they disliked.

What is the new season about?
Seasons 1 and 2 focused on Kaguya and Shirogane’s battle against each other and love. The basic premise is that these two love each other but whoever confesses first loses the war called love. However, with each season we only see their likeness towards each other grow to the point where they cannot contain their emotions well in many intimate moments. These seasons also focus on Kaguya as a character and the responsibilities that tie her down from being able to get what she truly wants – that is to be with Shirogane.
Kaguya-sama: Love is War – Ultraromantic is the third season in this series which means that the story has already progressed deep into the plot by now. This also means that either one of them – Kaguya or Shirogane – will be making a confession anytime soon. Besides the growing feelings, the main protagonists continue to carry out their tasks as the student council members and of course, they continue trying to make each other confess n comedic ways.
