Kim Dan will be in high heaven as he gets to experience the warmth of his benefactor for once. And just like his benefactor, Kim Dan also reeled in the pleasure of taking advantage of the subdued MMA fighter. However, there won’t be any consequences for him in the long run or the pages of Jinx Chapter 45.
The Yaoi series is finally having Kim Dan take an active approach to things, with some handholding to guide him in the task. And it couldn’t be any other way as Kim Dan isn’t the type of person to take advantage of situations, even to his face. However, the manhwa had given him more than enough reason to take a step forward.
If the series wouldn’t provide a guiding hand, aka plot, then the little bottom wouldn’t even be able to take the first step. And against someone as big and strong as Jaekyung, Kim Dan wouldn’t even try to do anything.
Then there is also the history between the two and how Jaekyujng treated the vexed doctor like his plaything for the longest time. But Doc is patient, understanding, and kind, and he tolerates everything being done to him.

Jinx Chapter 45 will see the series return to the new morning the day after Jaekyung’s birthday. The MMA fighter won’t remember what happened last night, but he will find Kim Dan beside him. He won’t give it too much thought though, but he will be annoyed by the headache ringing his temples.
The MMA fighter will opt to get medicines for his troubles and try to recall what had happened last night. His situation was eerily similar to when Kim Dan had been drugged by drinking a supposed protein shake to get better. Instead, the doctor went into a daze, doing and saying things that he wouldn’t have otherwise to anyone, least of all Jaekyung.
When Kim Dan came knocking on Jaekyung’s door with his high-pitch fever, the MMA fighter was annoyed at first. However, once he realized there was something wrong with him, the MMA took advantage of the subdued doc. This also led to Kim Dan getting in trouble later in the story, where Jaekyung had to bail him out. But this mishappening was Kim Dan getting a confirmation of how things were and giving him a plan of action.
Recap
Jinx Chapter 44 continued the romance series with Kim Dan carrying the drunk MMA fighter into this apartment. To everyone’s surprise, it was surprising to see Jaekyung being drunk after just one drink and acting like a big child. The one who surprised me the most was none other than Kim Dan, who has much more alcohol tolerance than the fighter.
Jaekyung doesn’t like to drink or engage in any activity that would hinder his performance in future fights. However, he sipped a glass of alcohol when he took the glass reserved for Kim Dan by mistake. And he wasn’t doing it to be rude, and it was Doc’s fault for leaving his glass next to the MMA fighter.
Suffice it to say, the beverage had an unintended effect on him, making him a drunkard in just one ship. The very same drink that Kim Dan had taken just a few minutes ago when Jaekyung was out for little business.
But once the drink was inside Jaekyung’s system, there was nothing they could do; yogurt could have been, but then there wouldn’t be any fan service. However, the result was what the fans of the series had been waiting for, and the rest of the chapter dealt with that.
