Jinx Chapter 10 will be back in 10 days and will show us the life of Dan and his new life as the coach for the Jaekyung Hyung. This new life is not without faults, and he has to go through challenges many of us wouldn’t even want to be in. But even his life before was anything short of hardships as Dan had always been the one struck by misfortune. Though it didn’t prepare him for the challenges that lay ahead, his life is not that simple.
Dan had been on the run to provide for his only family member, his grandmother, and doing jobs to provide for her hospital bills. He sometimes had to make an agreement with loan sharks and lend money from shady resources, though he didn’t know those were shady people.
But Dan is the embodiment of Beggers can’t be choosers, and he took money from wherever it came. That was one of his biggest faults and the one that led him to trouble over and over, and the reason why he now finds himself in the grip of Jaekyung Hyung.
Jaekyung Hyung is the best MMA fighter on the Korean ground, but his aggressive routine sometimes leaves him quenching something more. When he first laid eyes on Dan, he wanted him, and learning that he had circumstances that led him to twirl on his fingertips, he was elated. And so he hired the man as his physician.
Jinx Chapter 9 Recap
Jinx Chapter 9 shows us how Dan is assimilating with his new life and its effect on his normal life. After being hired by Jaekyung Hyung and the deal being made clear to him, he had to go through a new hell. But Dan gets the money he needs to cover the expense for his grandmother, so he is all too happy to take it even if it grates his soul and kills him a little whenever his mind recalls what had happened with Jaekyung.
After depositing the first lumpsum at his grandmother’s hospital, Dan went to training facilities where his new employer trains. There he meets a lot of new people, many of whom are nice to him and treat him with respect for his choice of profession. All of them also learned that Dan was their Hyung (oldest among them) and got respect as their senior. This led to him being invited for an occasion later, but not before Jaekyung had his time with him.

Jaekyung will learn about the living circumstances of Doctor Dan in Jinx Chapter Chapter 10. Jaekyung had been pushing himself on Dan since the moment he had been introduced, but he didn’t fully understand his circumstances.
But given how he doesn’t care about anything other than himself and his desire, he might ignore it or even use this opportunity to manipulate Dan further. As for Dan, he has yet to come to his senses, or he would be worried if something were to happen to him in the coming night.
