REMOW is significantly expanding the North American availability of its It’s Anime FAST channel, bringing the subscription-free anime service to Pluto TV, Prime Video and Live TV on PS5. The Tokyo-based entertainment company announced the multi-platform rollout on September 21, alongside the launch of Tomodachi Talks, the channel’s first original program. Hosted by voice actors and entertainment personalities SungWon Cho and A.J. Beckles, the talk show will feature conversations with performers and creators from across the anime and gaming communities.
The initial guest lineup includes Erika Ishii, Damien Haas, Ray Chase and Zeno Robinson. The expansion strengthens It’s Anime’s existing presence on Samsung TV Plus and VIZIO WatchFree+ while giving North American viewers another way to watch Japanese animation without a paid subscription.
It’s Anime Expands to Three Major Streaming Platforms
The latest expansion gives It’s Anime a presence across several major connected-TV and streaming services. The channel is available on Prime Video in the United States from September 1, Live TV on PS5 from August 31 and Pluto TV in the United States from September 10.
The service remains available through Samsung TV Plus in the U.S. and Canada and VIZIO WatchFree+ in the U.S. According to REMOW, the 24/7 FAST channel and selected on-demand programming can reach tens of millions of viewers without requiring an additional subscription.
The strategy is designed to make anime easier to discover for both longtime fans and viewers who may be unfamiliar with Japanese animation. Its programming emphasizes English-dubbed titles, creating an accessible entry point while maintaining a lineup aimed at established anime audiences.
Tomodachi Talks Becomes Its Anime’s First Original Program
The biggest programming addition is Tomodachi Talks, the first original series created specifically for the It’s Anime channel. SungWon Cho and A.J. Beckles serve as hosts, bringing their experience as voice actors and fandom personalities to conversations with friends and colleagues from the entertainment industry.
The series promises discussions about the experiences behind voice acting and entertainment rather than conventional convention-style interviews. Its first group of guests includes Erika Ishii, Damien Haas, Ray Chase and Zeno Robinson.
The announcement describes the show as an opportunity for viewers to hear stories about the personal and professional lives of performers that they may not encounter at anime conventions. REMOW has also released an announcement video featuring Cho and Beckles.
English Dubs Remain a Major Focus
Alongside its original programming, It’s Anime is continuing to build its catalog around English-dubbed anime. REMOW says the channel will also feature new simulcasts arriving shortly after their Japanese television premieres.
Previous programming has included shonen titles such as TOUGEN ANKI Season 1 and KILL BLUE Season 1, while catalog titles such as ZETMAN are also part of the service’s broader lineup.
The company says more dubbed premieres and additional programming announcements are planned as the channel continues expanding.
REMOW’s broader goal is to make officially licensed Japanese entertainment more accessible internationally. The company says its distribution strategy is also intended to support Japanese creators and provide audiences with convenient alternatives to piracy.
With its expansion across Pluto TV, Prime Video and PS5, It’s Anime is positioning itself as a widely accessible anime destination in North America, with REMOW teasing additional announcements for the future.
