One of his pupils ran into difficulties with high school gangsters one day. They defended his pupil and faced Noey, the gang’s leader. After that day, Thi encountered Noey so frequently that he realized that despite the boy’s intimidating appearance, Noey was actually rather foolish.
Noey discovered on his own that Thi was pursuing him. This was over trying to convince him that he had no attraction for him, but fate had other ideas. A new student needed a tutor, so Thi was approached. That pupil’s name was Noey. They got to know one another well. Noey attacked Thi as he began to alter.

What Happened In I Will Knock You Episode 2?
The episode opens with Thi and his friend waiting to book a seat at the said restaurant. He was quite pissed at how long it was taking them to even step inside the restaurant, let alone book a seat. His friend calmed him down and offered him snacks to wait it out.
He rejected all the snacks and asked them to call him when they entered the room because he was going to take a stroll outside the park nearby. Then, while strolling, he saw Noey. And, given their rivalry and the history they share, he squeaked behind a tree and walked around so Noey could see his face.
But Noey held him by the back of his collar and stopped him, although he still could not see his face. He asked Thi, “Why are you strolling here?” Don’t you know this is a dangerous place as there is a pond nearby and you can fall? The hand covering his face indicates he is waiting for his friend to enter.
To which Noey replies, “The restaurant is that way.” Why are you wasting your time here? Are you silly? This becomes enraged, but he cannot show his face to him. But he falls into the pond by accident. Then he screams, “Save me!” I don’t know how to swim,” and then Noey sees his face and recognizes him. You?! He asks, perplexed.
Are you following me? Do you have a crush on me? He says I won’t be helping you; you should come out yourself. Noey leaves, and Thi eventually finds his friends from across the pond sitting on chairs inside the restaurant. He waves and the friend saves him. After drying his clothes, they all go back to their homes.
While in the car, Thi gets a package of food the friends got for him. He reaches for his phone, washes his hands, and puts it inside a box filled with rice so it can dry and work again. The next day, Thi receives a phone call from Auntie Tima. She asks him to tutor her daughter.
He agrees and goes to meet them at the eatery she owns, where he and his friends had dinner. While returning to his hostel room, he falls on the way, and Noey is luckily coming from the opposite direction and rescues him. Noey says he knows Thi likes him, but he does not; he respects him.
He kisses Thi’s forehead and leaves. This is upset about Noey kissing his forehead. He tells himself that he should accept responsibility and returns to where he met Noey. When he saw Noey fighting with a gang of goons, he picked up a stick to beat them up, and the goons charged at him. Noey stops them and beats the crap out of them. Then Bitha and Noey leave, with Noey thanking Thi.
