But the start of the chapter focused on the Gu family, whose youngest cultivator was fighting pigs. The fight began because the tribe leader wanted to marry her, but she outright refused and decided to kill everyone in that tribe.
Though, her strength alone isn’t enough to save herself, and she is soon saved by a walking stranger. That stranger happened to be none other than his uncle, who had come to her rescue and is considered an ancestor of her family. After learning that from her master, the first thing she wants to do is to impede Gu Changge’s cultivation.
Other than the ill effect of our protagonist rubbing on her, we got to see Gu Changge returning from the other dimension and being welcomed by Yue. She first laughs off at his appearance for being shirtless and appearing a little wild. Gu, however, took it as a means to joke with her and slide in a little bit of threat as well.
