The action-adventure anime The Faraway Paladin has returned with Season 2 this fall season. The Faraway Paladin season 1 was very popular among the viewers, but unfortunately, many viewers did not like the series.
It received mixed reviews from international viewers, but it seemed like the isekai and reincarnation themes of the anime hit the mark in Japan. Since it managed to get renewed for Season 2, it has been created with the collaboration of OLM and Sunrise Beyond Studio.
OLM is notably known for its work in Komi Can’t Communicate; meanwhile, The Faraway Paladin Season 2 is Sunrise Beyond Studio’s first major production.
The opening theme of the anime was sung by Yanaginagi, while the ending theme was performed by KOTOKO. All the major characters from the previous season are going to make an appearance in this season as well. The viewers who are fans of The Faraway Paladin from season 1 will enjoy this season as well.
The Faraway Paladin Season 2 is based on the light novel; Season 1 ended with volume 3, so this season will cover the story of the light novel from volume 4. The Faraway Paladin Season 1 had 12 episodes, but the number of episodes for this season has not been released yet.
About The Faraway Paladin Season 2
Will left the city of the dead and followed the river north. Until he found a deserted, half-sunken city two years after the rebuilding began. People were calling that place Torch Port.
Bee and Will enjoyed the winter solstice festival, and Manel helped him put his outfit together. Will also got a lot of help from Bishop Bagley, and he managed to pull it off.
