How To Fight: Chapter 180 Recap
Previously in How To Fight, Ji Yeonwoo and Sun Xhen’s fight comes to an end with Sun Xhen’s crushing defeat. We learn that Sun Xhen had simply been pretending as if he didn’t feel any pain to appear stronger before his peers. On the other hand, Han Wangukk and Wi Pyeong-Oh’s fight continues. Pyeong-oh determines that Wangukk doesn’t have a lot of stamina left and tries to rile him up by mentioning Yeorumi in an inappropriate way.
Pyeong-oh’s tactic has a completely opposite effect on Han Wangukk, who becomes more agile and strong and begins attacking Pyeong-oh with his newfound vigor. Wangukk’s high speed leaves no room for him to counter-attack, and he is unable to find any openings either. Suddenly, Pyeong-oh relaxes his body and drops his guard entirely. Pyeong-oh has a flashback about the time he was caught thieving and was saved by a martial arts teacher.
Pyeong-oh’s life is changed after meeting the teacher, and he asks the master to teach him martial arts so he can protect himself. The master teaches Pyeong-oh the art of Hapki, which lies in self-defense. Pyeong-oh applies his teaching of Hapki, called Hapkido, and begins countering Wangukk’s attacks easily. Pyeong-oh lands an attack on Wangukk when he is least expecting it. Pyeong-oh delivers a kick on Wangukk’s forehead and ends up blinding him.
Wangukk is not easily deterred by the loss of sight, and when Pyeong-oh approaches him, he lands a blow on Pyeong-oh’s throat. Wangukk manages to use his ability to sense and fight Pyeong-oh, ultimately defeating him when Yeonwoo stops Wangukk’s fist. Yeonwoo receives his friend’s call, who is on the way when Sun Xhen appears and tells them that he has called for backup. Suddenly, a black car appears, and a man steps out of the car.
