Is Supernatural Worth Watching?
Supernatural is worth watching, and most viewers appreciate the first five seasons as they have a strong storyline that ends with the fifth season. Love for the main characters is the main reason for the viewers to continue from the sixth one. Some episodes from the sixth to fifteenth season are worse, while some are better. Thus, the viewers do not hate the whole season. The Monster of the Week has a notable share in attracting the audience.
On the one hand, the show has good-looking people everywhere, a meaningful plot, better-supporting characters, a pleasant soundtrack, and brotherhood. Jensen Ackles (who played Dean Winchester) and Jared Padalecki (who played Sam Winchester), their wives and children, are best friends.
On the other hand, the boys come across a stronger antagonist every time, and all they go through becomes meaningless. It looks like the show makers did not take it seriously. The constant break-up and patch-up between Sam and Dean are irritating.
The demons die and get alive for random reasons, and the mythical characters come in human form. Moreover, the ending disappointed many viewers. The brothers keep traveling from Hell to Earth, and the series has complicated mythology and inside jokes. The demons keep recurring. However, it is a Cult series and has a dedicated fanbase. The series got popular in Russia more than in the US.
