English homes have their charm, and this couple on HGTV’s show, Home Town, Make old worn out homes in the Southern City of Laurel to get back their charm. Ben and Erin Napier, who rose to fame after their work was featured in a magazine, will soon be coming back to television with a new episode this week. We’ve seen the Christmas special episode, and now we will be seeing the couple work on one of their own houses.
Home Town was first seen back in January of 2016, with a stunning renovation they do for a couple from Laurel, Mississippi. Their decoration skills are over the roof, but the way they understand exactly what their clients are looking for is a skill that’s most appreciated by the clients as well as the viewers.
Erin creates detailed and accurate sketches, while Ben does most of the woodworking and physical labor. The show has had 6 seasons up until now, with the currently ongoing season airing since December of last year, with a break after releasing a few episodes in April 2022.
Fans feared the show might be canceled, but since Home Town has been a hit on HGTV, we can rest assured knowing that Home Town is here for a while. This series also has two other spin-offs, in which the couple help decorate houses from another place.
Home Town: About The Napier Family
The Napier family was always known locally in their city, Laurel in Mississippi, as one of the most skilled renovators the city has had. Erin and Ben met when they were just students, and when they finally got married in 2008, they knew they had to move back to their hometown. Although most might see it as a setback, this couple proves most of us wrong by doing what they love in the place that’s the closest to their hearts.
They have two daughters, Helen and Mae Napier, born in 2018 and 2021, respectively. Since their kids are still young, both Erin and Ben are still adjusting to their life as TV Show stars and well as parents, although they admit being on the show pretty much feels like any normal job to them.

Home Town Season 6 Episode 12: What To Expect?
The upcoming episode comes as a relief to many who were speculating that the show was near its end. That’s not the case. Instead, the show will be airing a few episodes this month and then hopefully start a new season soon. Episode 12, set to release this Sunday, will feature the couple’s story behind their all-new country home.
Inspiration for the house mostly comes from their childhoods, with the couple aiming to turn the house into the perfect English home to stay true to the original theme. However, they want to go for kid-friendly themes to make it safe and cozy for their daughters, Helen and Mae. They’re the best at these types of renovations, so knowing that this time it’s their own house certainly makes for interesting episodes.
