Hold Tight is another Netflix mystical drama mini-series released on 22 April 2022. The ending of Hold Tight revolves around two stories. The first one is of Adam’s story and the second one is of Jasmine. Adam went missing when he found himself guilty of his friend’s death. Jasmine was bullied by her classmates because her teacher cracked a joke about her and for this reason she wanted to shoot him with her father’s gun. The Plot of Hold Tight
Before we go into explaining the ending of Hold Tight, let us see its plot. The series started with Anna who after finding out that something was going wrong with her son, Adam, installed a spyware kinda thing in his phone.
Adam was going through a mental breakdown after the death of his dearest friend, Igor, because of an overdose of drugs. But nobody seemed to know about this. He kept blaming himself for his friend’s death but his other friend suggested staying silent. Soon he went missing after this.
When she could not find Adam anywhere, Anna followed some of his friends to the club. Meanwhile, she got beaten and because of this, she fell unconscious on the ground. After getting back to her senses she and her husband Michal visited Pawal. There were two reasons for doing this. First, his daughter Kaja, was their son Adam’s girlfriend and the second was Pawal was a prosecutor. They asked for help in locating their child.
A Couple Killed Marianna
Meanwhile, there was a couple who was kidnapping everyone related to some kind of tablet. For this reason, they had kidnapped two women and were now after Kaja’s friend Nika who brought that tablet from the shop. When the couple got the chance, they kidnapped her as well.
In the middle of the night, Kaja got a text from Adam but because of the spyware that Anna had installed on Adam’s phone, She and Michal got to know that Adam texted Kaja. Therefore, they visited her house where they found that Kaja was about to visit the police. However, they told her that Adam was fine and will soon return.
The first lady that the couple kidnapped was Marianna. She was found dead near an old factory. Meanwhile, police started investigating Anna’s involvement in drug dealing.
Hold Tight Ending Explained
Anna and Michal visited a community youth center ‘Guru’ where they met a woman named Makowska. In the ending of Hold Tight, which basically is the last episode, Makowska helped Adam’s friend in hiding his body when Adam fell unconscious because of a fight.
Michal with the help of someone successfully tracked the location of Adam. However, they found nobody when they visited the place. Police somehow got to know their investigation and forbade them to do anything from then.
When Adam returned to his senses, he confronted Makowska that he would tell all about her to the police. And here, we got to know that it was Makowska who was dealing drugs, and because of the overdose of her drugs, Igor died. In the end, the family got reunited once again.
Who was the Blackmailer?
But the couple who were abducting people was yet to be revealed. Jasmine was getting bullied by her classmates because of something he said in front of the whole class. This made her angry and decided to take revenge on him.
After Adam’s case was over, Mariann’s ex-husband Janusz got attacked by the couple who wanted his tablet. The woman finds Jasmine and Ola hiding under the bed and tells them to stay silent.
Meanwhile, Jesamina came outside and shot the man using her father’s gun. The teacher was questioned by the police regarding the incident. But he denied sending those couples.
There he revealed that he had an affair with Marianna after the incident with her daughter. He also said that someone was recording their activity and he thinks that the blackmailer was none other than her ex-husband Janusz. But the police said that there was no proof of his claim.
However, at the end of Hold Tight, we got to know that it was Jasmine who was sending those videos to her teacher to blackmail him.
