Heroines Run the Show is about Hiyori Suzumi, who leaves her tiny hometown to go to Tokyo to pursue her passion which is track and field. People wonder about when Heroines Run the Show Episode 4 will come out. Due to her family’s finances being stretched between paying for college and supporting her younger siblings, Hiyori sets out to find work to supplement her income. She’s finally found the perfect job as a manager-in-training for teen idol pair LIPxLIP, with flexible hours and a pay rate of 1500 yen per hour. Hiyori may not be a fan of idols, but she is well aware of these two, as she sits next to them in class and understands their vile characters.
Heroines Run the Show might very well depict the importance of the talent-management connection in the entertainment industry. With the core trio assuming both roles, this link has a great possibility to flourish and portray idol anime in a new way. Hiyori can look at the boys objectively for the purpose of her job because she has no interest in them as performers — and hence no bias. This also allows her to perceive them as individuals, rather than celebrities. Yujiro is the boy she saw outside the police station, and Aizo is the one who lies to every girl in front of their eyes.
First and foremost, Heroines Run the Show demonstrates how much managers and other behind-the-scenes staff sacrifices for their celebrities. Managers aren’t given much attention in a lot of anime that features idols. They’re usually there to keep the plot moving by explaining the next event or keeping an eye on their charge.
The concept of Heroines Run the Show is basic. However, it has the potential to turn out to be a hidden gem in anime for this spring of 2022, if it stays consistent. The music anime features an engaging heroine, wonderful art, and an intriguing premise – even if the male characters are currently unbearable. Heroines Run the Show Episode 3 Recap
In the previous episode, we see that Hiyori wants to run in the nationals, but cannot do so as whoever has failed their most recent midterms or final exams cannot participate in athletic competitions. Meanwhile, LIPxLIP tosses around ideas about giving something meaningful to their fans.
While talking under a starry sky, the members ask Hiyori why she came to Tokyo. She tells them that the support that she receives from her friends and family has been a big part of why she loves to do track and field, just as how LIPXLIP is sincerely supported by their fans. This helps the boys realize the meaning of genuine support and in return, they help our protagonist study for her big test.
During the video shoot for “Nonfantasy”, Yumeru, an amateur model who is supposed to star in the video alongside LipxLip trips our MC on purpose which results in Hiyori spilling coffee over the model’s costume. She does that because she is jealous of the Hiyori’s close relationship with Yuujirou and Aizou. Yumeru then starts shedding fake tears and blaming Hiyori, for which the idols apologize.
Later, we see that LIPXLIP had already known that Yumeru had tripped Hiyori on purpose when they confronted her after she asked the duo to stay always from “girls like Hiyori” accusing our protagonist of taking advantage of the boys’ kindness for the wrong reasons.
The boys fend off Yumeru after revealing that they had known about her behavior from the beginning itself, and then console Hiyori who had been crying because she had felt that she had embarrassed LIPXLIP’s name by making them apologize for a “mistake” she had caused.
