The chapter starts at the battle arena, where Yeon Jeokha and the ghost monarch fight. The ghost monarch tells Jeokha to reveal who he is and about his stronghold if he wants him to spare his life. However, Jeokha does not care about his offer as he can beat him.

The ghost monarch knew Jeokha was strong from when they fought in the forest, but he was confused about how he blocked the attack of the ghost monarch’s heavenly sword. He was scared that if the whole Murim world learned of Jeokha, then there would be chaos. Jeokha prepares himself for his next attack, nine heavens art fourth form tempest.

When Jeokha attacks the ghost monarch with it, the ghost monarch does not keep up with him. Jeokha was overpowering the ghost monarch, and their fight was destroying the whole arena. The ghost monarch could not move his body because of Jeokha’s energy flow.
