One day, a girl named Kana Fujii was traveling on an airplane when suddenly she had an asthma attack. Luckily, a healer going by the name of Karasuma was present there. Karasuma treated Kana and saved her.
With this life-changing moment, Kana decides to become a healer and help as many people as she can. Kana, moreover, is a naturally talented singer, so choosing to become a healer is just the right thing to do. She is joined by Reimi Itsushiro, a very charming and goal-driven personality, and Hibiki Morishima, an easygoing person. Kana and her two new friends start their training at the Karasuma Phoniatric Clinic under the guidance and leadership of Ria Karasuma.
Along their journey, the trio meets a number of other healers and hears their stories. They realize that the world of vocal medicine is more than what they thought and more interesting and fun than they imagined.

The episode begins with Kana, Reimi, and Hibiki talking about how good they have become. Everything is going on fine at the moment. Hibiki even says that with the experiences and training they have had, they can become a C-rank healer.
Later, the trio head for a training camp for lessons. The day goes by with them enjoying the day. On the second day, they go on an early morning walk. Later they all try bungee jumping, where Kana realizes something. On their way back, Kana says that they might have been sent to the training camp to broaden their experiences and enrich their healer images. They all train the next day but fail again.
On the third day, the group goes hiking. They once again train but fail again. Reimi gets angry at Kana when Kana suggests that they should practice together without her. Seeing Kana undermine herself angers Reimi. After that, all the girls are sitting at a table when they start arguing over how the other two are better than themselves. After reconciling, they all go and give the C-rank test. The episode has a rather abrupt ending. We see Kana completing her test and thanking the judges.
