If you thought solving puzzles was difficult, then you have definitely never experienced the glorious feeling of figuring out an Easter egg. We are talking about Easter eggs because a few weeks ago, following the release of the author’s new book, Book Lovers, Emily Henry, #1 New York Times bestselling author, was seen posting random pictures that ignited the news of a potential movie adaptation of one of her books among her fans. Readers who followed her and saw the Easter eggs she left were desperately waiting for the revelation.
After days of speculation, the author finally revealed the most-awaited news. Though we might not be getting a book adaptation of one of our favorite books any time soon, we will, however, be getting a new book to add to our “favorite” book lists. We are excited because Emily Henry, one of the most beloved and rare non-problematic authors, is releasing a new book next year. Her new book is titled Happy Place, and it’s pink! After Blue, Orange, and Yellow, we are getting another color to add to our stack.

Books By Emily Henry
Emily Henry has written many books, but three of her books titled Beach Read, Book Lovers, and People We Meet On Vacation are books that can be seen everywhere these days. Beach Read, released in 2020, instantly became a top read in the year. Followed by the release of People We Meet On Vacation in 2021 and her latest release, titled Book Lovers, this year. All of these books are madly, deeply, and truly loved by book readers.
She is known for writing amazing romance stories between female characters that are strong and passionate about what they do and male characters who are whipped for their woman and have a life of their own too. Gus and January from Beach Read, Poppy, and Alex from People We Meet On Vacation, and Nora and Charlie from Book Lovers have become the standard of love for “Book Lovers”.
Whether it’s the friends-to-lovers romance story in People, We Meet On Vacation, or Nora’s struggles in Book Lovers, these books must be on your radar if they aren’t already. It’s a powerful, magical power that Emily possesses that you can turn to any page, and you will find something that you relate to or fall in love with.
Like in her book, Book Lovers, you could turn a page and find what it means to be a person involved in the bookish world. Or you could turn a page in People We Meet On Vacation, and the characters’ mutual pining would make you blush and frustrated. Or perhaps you could grab Beach Read and open it to find something like the male love interest claiming that he doesn’t care how the story ends as long as it ends with the woman he loves.
Happy Place By Emily Henry
Emily’s new book is titled Happy Place. This new book Happy Place will follow Harriet and Wyn, who make a pact to fake-date for one week. Except, there is a slight problem. The duo was a couple who had been broken up for six long months and hadn’t informed their friends. Now, they must fake and pretend to be a couple as they head to their yearly getaway with their best friends.
The news of the book was first revealed to the readers who have subscribed to her newsletter. Following the first announcement in her newsletter, or as the author likes to say, “grocery list”, her cover was shared on the Booktwt community.
Happy Place By Emily Henry: Release Date
Emily’s books have the plot, the characters we’d love to read about, and even the covers look cute. Whether you are a fan of the US covers or the UK covers, these books are too cute to ignore. And like all the other books, Happy Place will get US and UK covers to match the perfect book stack in our library. The cover, as usual, looks pretty. At this point, we can say for sure that Emily Henry can never go wrong with either her books or said book covers.
Happy Place releases on 25th April next year as per Goodreads, and we are eager to read this cute fake dating story of Harriet and Wyn. We are ready to be insufferable when it releases and make the book our entire personality.
