On December 30, the model, 28, seemingly tackled TikTok chatter about alleged tension between her and the Grammy-winning singer, 30. She took to Instagram, sharing a post featuring a viral TikTok clip alongside the caption, “[M]e to all of you on the internet,” with a hand heart emoji.
The video, from user eyegotthyme, humorously states, “You’re not well, and it’s okay,” repeated with added emphasis and laughter. Hailey’s post appeared to address ongoing theories and speculation spread on TikTok.
One notable TikTok post by creator and podcaster Sloan Hooks, which garnered nearly 500,000 likes, claimed that Hailey and Justin were embroiled in a subtle online feud. Hooks pointed to various Instagram posts from the couple as evidence of possible tension.
Hooks referenced a recent Instagram Story by Justin that featured the song “B.E.D” by Jacquees, which he described as expressing a man’s desire for physical intimacy without love. Shortly after, Hailey posted her own story with a SZA lyric that read, “But if it’s f— me, then f— you.”
Hooks also shared other examples to bolster his theory, including Hailey’s Instagram updates from a girls’ trip in Anguilla with friends Lori Harvey and Justine Skye. Hooks noted that this suggested the couple may not have spent the holidays together.
Adding fuel to the rumors, Justin posted a video of a child with the caption, “Coparenting is failing, like tf.” Hooks speculated this could hint at tension between the couple, who became parents to son Jack Blues in August.
Further, Hailey posted another SZA lyric referencing infidelity, while Justin’s father, Jeremy Bieber, allegedly tweeted a cryptic message: “I have never known a parent that said ‘I wish I didn’t have a child.’” Though the context was unclear, Hooks found its timing “really weird,” especially during the holiday season.
Rumors surrounding Justin and Hailey’s relationship have surfaced before, with many fans speculating on possible struggles or a looming split. However, both have consistently dismissed such claims.
