Bandai Namco Entertainment America has released a new gameplay walkthrough for GUNDAM ROGUE ORBIT, giving players a closer look at the upcoming Gundam action game’s missions, high-speed combat, and mobile suit customization. The walkthrough follows Rex, the pilot of the Gundam Helix, as he prepares for missions aboard the special service craft Stellarvane before deploying into battle against the forces of the Apocalypse.
The gameplay footage highlights the Gundam Helix’s multi-directional mobility, allowing players to move rapidly across battlefields while taking on groups of enemies. Players can also modify their mobile suit before deployment by changing its weapons, frame, skills, and color scheme, allowing different builds to suit individual combat preferences.
Battles will require players to identify enemy weak points while managing the Gundam Helix’s abilities. Over-rise can significantly enhance the mobile suit’s performance, while the powerful AP Unit Burst provides another way to shift the momentum of difficult encounters.
GUNDAM ROGUE ORBIT launches on March 5, 2027, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Preorders are available across Standard, Launch, Deluxe, and Collector’s Editions.
