The highly-anticipated TV anime adaptation of Matoba’s romantic comedy manga, “Studio Apartment, Good Lighting, Angel Included,” is scheduled to make its Japanese debut on April 6, 2024.
The announcement was made by the official website, creating a wave of excitement among fans who have been eagerly awaiting the animated rendition since its reveal in October 2023.
The first episode, titled “Towa and Shintaro,” has been teased with an enticing synopsis and revealing screenshots.
The plot revolves around Shintaro Tokumitsu, a 16-year-old who finds himself living solo after entering high school. His mundane routine takes an unexpected turn when he discovers a beautiful girl asleep on his balcony.
To his surprise, she’s not a runaway but an angel from the heavenly realm. Shintaro, attempting to keep things simple, finds himself unable to resist the angel’s request to share his home.
The original manga, authored by Matoba, has gained popularity through serialization in Square Enix’s Monthly Shonen Gangan.

The main voice cast adds depth and personality to the characters:
